MiD Cohort

A five-week journey for middle schoolers to learn what life with Jesus is all about—and practice it together.

Cohorts are small groups where students can talk, ask questions, practice, and grow alongside their friends.

Here’s what students can expect:
  • Week 1 – Starting to Follow Jesus. Get a clear picture of God’s story and who he is. We’ll talk about how prayer actually works and practice it together.
  • Week 2 – Living Like Jesus Lived. Learn about the Bible, receive one of your own to keep, and discover a simple, approachable way to read it.
  • Week 3 – Practicing the Bible Together. Put what you learned into practice by reading the Bible on your own and together. There’s space to ask questions, talk about what you’re noticing, and practice making the Bible part of everyday life.
  • Week 4 – Loving Like Jesus Loved. Experience what a small group is like, learn the value of relationships, and discover why following Jesus is something we do alongside others.
  • Week 5 – Celebrating + What’s Next. Celebrate what you’ve learned and experienced over the past five weeks. We’ll look back at how you’ve grown and talk about practical next steps for continuing to follow Jesus.
