Open Positions

The Family Ministry Director will lead the vision and direction of Prairie Lakes Church’s Family Ministry across all campuses, elevating Family Ministry at an organizational level. The Director will provide central leadership by coaching staff, supervising content delivery, and developing a culture that disciples the next generation.

The Campus Pastor leads the Decorah Prairie Lakes Church (PLC) campus and is responsible for the campus growth, health, and alignment with PLC overall direction, vision, and DNA.

The Family Ministry Director will cast a compelling vision for healthy families at the Fort Dodge Campus and manage the staff, structures and strategies that support the vision.

The Campus Coordinator will cast the vision for and communicate the PLC Children’s Ministry philosophy of ministry at the Osage Campus and implement the structure and strategy in support of the vision and philosophy, birth through 5th grade. The Campus Coordinator is also responsible for providing professional administrative and clerical support at the Osage Campus.

Education Majors: Gain experience in curriculum delivery! Preschool curriculum is prepared ahead of time for you with objectives, lessons and follow-up activities. Elementary curriculum has flexible options to customize lessons and activities.

Paid childcare providers will care for children ages infant to preschool. Caregivers will be responsible for assisting the children in a lesson, snack time and play time. Hours are Thursdays 8:15-10:45 a.m. during the school year.
